At Retail Hub, we are committed to delivering original products directly from principles or distributors at the best retail price ensuring our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return the products based on following:
1.Eligibility for Returns:
- Feature Phones: Within 10 days of delivery
- Smart Phones: Within 03 days of delivery
- Clothing: Within 07 days of delivery
Products must be new, unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when they were received. Customers must provide a parcel opening video.
2.Return Process:
- Initiate a Return: Contact our Customer Service team at Whatsapp +92 336 3584746
- Provide Details: Share the complete order details, reason for return, and the parcel opening video.
- Get Confirmation: Obtain a return confirmation number from the Customer Service team.
- Pack the Items: Securely pack the items in a box. Always use bubble wrap to protect the items.
- Ship the Package: Send the return package to the address provided by the Customer Service team.
3.Refunds:
Upon receipt of the returned items, our team will inspect them to ensure they meet the return eligibility criteria.
- Approved Returns: A refund will be issued to the customer’s wallet within 5 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Rejected Returns: If the items do not meet the return eligibility criteria, the return may be rejected, and the items will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
4.Exchanges
We don’t offer direct Exchange policy. If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the below mentioned return process:
- Upon receipt of the returned items, our team will inspect the products to ensure they meet the return eligibility criteria.
- If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to the customer’s wallet within 5 business days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
- If the items do not meet the return eligibility criteria, the return may be rejected, and the items will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
5.Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact our customer service team immediately and provide the parcel opening video clearly showing the damaged goods. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
6.Exclusions:
Return policy does not apply if:
- There is no claim mentioned in the product description.
- No parcel opening video is available.
- For Smartphones: If the LCD, camera, or touch is damaged.
- For Mobile Accessories: If the product is burnt or otherwise damaged.
- For Feature Phones: If the LCD or battery is damaged.
7.Return Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Please note, principles & distributors only provide a claim for branded products. Typically, principles and distributors do not provide claims for unbranded products. However, we will always try our best to help you with returns and exchange.
